Mahlon Pitt
Mr. Pitt obtained his Masters in Accounting from the University of Tulsa and then passed the CPA exam, both in 1981, (Certified Public Accountant). After working at the International CPA firm of Arthur Young, (now Ernst & Young) performing audits on large oil & gas firms, he then established his own CPA firm.
After building his CPA firm to 300 clients, many of them oil & gas related, he sold to a regional CPA firm.
Mr. Pitt then founded a recruiting firm specializing in finance and accounting management positions at companies focused on the oil and gas business sector.
For the last decade Mr. Pitt has operated his own business brokerage firm selling businesses focused on the oil and gas business.
Mr. Pitt is the founder of XYP Pro; a brokerage business for used drilling rigs across the globe.
Chuck Sullivan
After graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 1973, Mr. Sullivan began his career in the contract
drilling industry for over 35 years, starting with Parker Drilling Company, a top tier international oil/gas
contract driller.
Mr. Sullivan has had assignments in Africa, South America, Texas, Washington and Alaska, serving
in senior management and operations.
Mr. Sullivan received an MBA from the University of Phoenix, worked as an independent business consultant and ultimately purchased a drilling and workover company that drilled and completed oil and gas wells in southeast Oklahoma.
Mr. Sullivan is co-founder of XYP Pro, a brokerage business for used drilling rigs across the globe.
